This policy explains what information Xron Technologies (“Xron”, “we”, “us”) collects through xrontech.com and through the applications and integrations we operate, including integrations with third-party platforms such as Cisco Webex, and how that information is used.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, optional company name, and message you enter. It is delivered to us as an email via Google Apps Script.
- Integration data. When you authorize one of our integrations (for example through Webex OAuth), we receive an access token and only the data covered by the permissions you approve on the consent screen.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss work with you.
- To provide the features of an integration you have authorized, and nothing else.
- To keep the website and our services secure and working.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our services (Google, for hosting and email), when you have asked us to, or when required by law.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement. Integration access tokens are kept only while the integration is in use, and you can revoke access at any time from the connected platform’s settings. Once access is revoked, we stop using the token and delete data obtained through it.
Security
All traffic to xrontech.com is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@xrontech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
